Meet Kees van der Eijk and the team at Forestburg Eggplants who provide around 80% of our supply of eggplants. 

Grown undercover in large glasshouses at their large site at Dairy Flat the eggplants are meticulously cared for to ensure a year-round supply of quality plants.
