Poke bowl

A poke bowl is a delicious way to really make a dish your own! Using cooked rice, a choice of protein food (fish, tofu, chicken or meats), then lots of different vegetables to add colour, crunch and all the goodness of veg. 

It is also a great way to try pickled vegetables and experiment with different dressings and garnishes.
