Pickled Vegetables
Pickling is a really useful way to make vegetables last longer, plus they are super handy to keep in the fridge for extra crunch and colour in many dishes. Here we make an easy pickle with red onions and cucumbers, but you can try this with other vegetables like daikon, radish, carrots or kohlrabi.
